1. | Customers are advised to check and inspect your items upon received. |
2. | Any item spoilt/damage or incorrect items from your placed order, please notify us within 24 hours from the date & time of delivery. |
3. | Green Mart reserve the right to request from you proof of damaged or substandard of item(s), a replacement or refund will be made and will be processed upon our review and successful verification of proof. |
4. | The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. |
5. | **Customer who purchased the wrong item is not entitled to a refund. |
6. | The packaging should be in the original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. |
7. | Green Mart will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 10 working days after the confirmation. |
